We regularly monitor and inspect our skootors to ensure they are fit for riding, but it’s important that you also check that vehicle before commencing your hire. Follow the inspection prompts on the app and, just like you would when renting a car, report any phyiscal damage to the skootor by uploading photos of the skootor via the app. If, for any reason, you are unsure about the safety or condition of the skootor, report it immediately to us on +17869912777 and do not rent the skootor. .

Unlock the skootor using the app. This will commence your rental period. Press the Open Seat button on the app to access yourhelmet from the seat compartment.

Yes - insurance coverage is included in the rental price. When you hire a skootor you are automatically covered so there is nothing you are required to do! Insurance covers you for accidental damage to the skootor and third party property. Please click here for more information on insurance cover.

Check the app to findavailable skootors near you. Reserve your skootor to ensure others can't hire. Go to the skootor and get ready to ride.

Put on the helmet and prepare yourself to ride. Keep your smartphone on you at all times - DO NOT PLACE IN THE SEAT HOLD. Close the seat. Sit on the skootor, placing both feet firmly on the ground on either side of the skootor. Familiarize yourself with the skootor's controls - i.e. starter and stop buttons (right handle); indicators, lights and horn (left handle). Check that all lights are working properly. When you are ready to ride, fold in the kickstand by gently moving the skootor forward until the kickstand comes up. Press the starter button on the right handlebar to start the engine. Slowly control the throttle on the right handlebar and ride away.

Absolutely - simply unlock the skootor using our app and access a safety-approved helmet from the helmet case. Our helmets are easily adjustable and will fit most head sizes.

NO - the skootor is certified for the transport of the driver only. IMPORTANT - insurance coverage will not apply to either you or your passengerdue to the increased risk of an accident by riding with a passenger.

Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Follow road rules at all times. Stay focused and alert, and be aware of your surroundings. Avoid riding in other vehicles’ blind spots. Remember to give-way to pedestrians and No passengers allowed - rider only.

Know your brakes: The right brake lever controls your front wheel while the left lever controls the rear. Always maintain a safe distance between you and any vehicles in front of you to give yourself enough time and space to brake. Consider road conditions (wet, slippery, gravel etc) Ease off the throttle to decelerate - the skootor will start to slow down naturally. Squeeze the front and rear brakes at the same time with 2 fingers to ease into the stop. Your front brake controls about 75% of your stopping power and is the most effective when braking. Avoid squeezing the front brake with all 4 fingers since you might lock the tire and cause you to lose control. Avoid only using your rear brakes since it can cause your bike to skid and increase your stopping distance. Once the skootor comes to a complete stop, take your left foot and plant it firmly on the ground. This will help you keep your balance and prevent you and the skootor from falling over. When you want to start moving again, begin slightly accelerating before putting your foot back in its place.

At the end of your hire period, you are required to refuel the skootor for the next user. Check the app to find your closest gas station. NOTE- all skootors use unleaded gasoline(90 octane or higher) . Failure to refuel your skootor may result in an additional fuel charge of $50 being applied.

The fuel tank's capacity is 1.32 gallons meaning it should only cost around $3.40 to refuel a full tank of gas. A full tank of gas will get you more than 132 miles in travel. So make sure you refuel to avoid paying unnecessary additional charges.

When you have finished your ride and have parked* the skootor, stop the engine by simply pressing the stop button on the right handlebar. Use your foot to fold the kickstand down. Tap "Open Seat" on the app to open the seat. Take your helmet off and store under the seat. Tap "Lock" on the app to lock the skootor and follow the prompts. When you want to continue riding, tap "Unlock" on the app to reactivate the skootor. * Remember to not park in bike or bus lanes or on sidewalks. Do not hinder drivers, riders, or pedestrians in any way. Do not park in front of entrances, driveways, loading zones or private property and observe all parking signage. * Observe all road rules to avoid receiving unnecessary fines.

If you fail to return your skootor on time, you will automatically be charged for the next time period. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to refuel, return and dehire your skootor.
